KUWAIT CITY, Jan 13: The Ministry of Health has implemented updated regulations to better manage employees working under the "wage-for-work" system to enhance organizational efficiency and update the ministry's employee database.
These new regulations include the following key points:
Data Submission: The ministry requires all sectors to provide details of authorized personnel who can approve worker lists. This information should include the employee's name, civil ID number, job title, and official email address, which will help ensure accurate entry of data through the electronic form.
Employee Data Sheets: A complete employee data sheet must be submitted after data entry, bearing the signature and seal of the employee's direct manager and department head. These approved sheets must then be sent via the Injaz program to the office of the Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs.
Transfer Procedures: The new rules stress that internal or external transfers for employees will only be permitted after receiving an official decision from the Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs, once the necessary legal and administrative approvals have been obtained.
Review of 2024 Transfer Decisions: All transfer decisions made in 2024, including approved transfer requests, must be submitted for review. This will allow the ministry to assess them based on the principle of dealing with deficits and surpluses.
These measures are part of the Ministry of Health's efforts to enhance work systems, ensure fair distribution of employees based on actual needs, and increase transparency and data accuracy. The ministry has urged all concerned departments to cooperate fully to ensure the success of these updated procedures and achieve the desired goals.
