KUWAIT CITY, Feb 12: In light of the ongoing rain and poor weather conditions across the country today (Wednesday), the Ministry of Interior has issued a safety advisory for motorists. Drivers are urged to exercise caution, check the condition of their tires and windshield wipers, reduce speed, avoid using mobile phones while driving, steer clear of waterlogged roads, and maintain a safe distance from other vehicles to prevent accidents.
