KUWAIT CITY, June 25: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has closed five domestic worker recruitment offices in Hawalli for failing to comply with regulatory decisions. These offices were found to be charging prices higher than those set by the Ministry and accepting only cash payments, instead of using K-Net card payment machines as required. The Ministry continues to conduct intensive monitoring campaigns across all governorates to ensure that recruitment offices adhere to established laws and regulations.
