KUWAIT CITY, Aug 16: The Cybercrime Department has warned Kuwaitis and expats against spreading rumors and distorted news, MOI calls upon them to investigate the accuracy of the news that is published on reliable media and to take information only from its official sources in order to avoid being subject to legal accountability.
