KUWAIT CITY, Jan 7: According to informed sources, the Projects Sector of Kuwait Municipality has extended the deadline for companies that received the conditions booklet for the cultural and educational entertainment center project within the Abdullah Al-Ahmad Street project for an additional three months to submit their offers to implement the project. They explained that the extension will end on March 31, 2025.
Three companies are qualified for the project, and the extension was granted based on their request for more time to review the conditions booklet and implementation standards to prepare their proposals accordingly. The municipality has adopted three design alternatives for the project and developed the best one while ensuring it meets the standards of the Green Buildings Certificate (GSAS), with four stars in design and construction, and a gold rating for operations.
