KUWAIT CITY, Aug 18: The Director General of Kuwait Municipality, Eng. Saud Al-Dubous has instructed the Finance and Administration Sector to incorporate a new mobile application through an administrative circular he recently issued. This application will enable municipal employees to record their fingerprints via their phones to verify their presence during official working hours.
