KUWAIT CITY, Oct 24: Kuwait Municipality has announced the completion of a multi-stage action plan to ensure the success of the 2024-2025 camping season, set to begin in mid-November. Meshari Al-Hussaini, Head of the Occupancy Department at Jahra Municipality, informed the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the municipality is focused on making the spring camping season comfortable and safe for desert visitors.

The first phase of the action plan commenced this week and will continue until the camping season starts on November 15. This phase involves cleaning and clearing obstacles in areas designated for camping.

Following the season's commencement, the second phase will be implemented and will last until mid-March. During this period, various municipality teams will be responsible for cleaning the containers provided by the municipality in camping areas and monitoring the cleanliness of the desert, as well as ensuring compliance among visitors.

The third and final phase will begin after the spring season concludes in March. During this phase, the municipality will focus on removing spring camps, cleaning the desert, and ensuring that desert-goers adhere to the municipality's regulations.
