KUWAIT CITY, April 9: The National Authority for Sports Arbitration has upheld the decision endorsing the validity of the recommendation made by the Board of Directors of Al-Nasr Club, led by Khaled Al-Shraida for the 2024-2028 term. Al-Shraida was elected during the regular general assembly meeting held on February 15th of last year. This decision was aimed at affirming the legitimacy of the general assembly announcement and its subsequent implications, including the confirmation of the appellant's victory in his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Furthermore, the National Authority for Sports Arbitration has dismissed the plaintiffs' plea to nullify the defendant's acknowledgment of his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Nasr Club. This ruling was based on the validation of all acknowledgment procedures. Additionally, the Authority rejected the plaintiffs' appeal to invalidate any decisions and actions taken by the Board of Directors, its executive office, and the Electoral Committee before January 12, 2023.
