KUWAIT CITY, Nov 15: Acting Secretary General of Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) Dr. Muhammad Buzobar has asked the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to withdraw the decisions to promote three directors because these decisions are in violation of the Cabinet’s decision to suspend all promotions, transfers, delegations and appointments, reports Al-Qabas daily.
According to informed sources, Nazaha has asked for the proof of the withdrawal of the decision to promote a supervisor in the general services, as it had previously asked DGCA to do so.

The sources said Nazaha requested DGCA for a copy of the incoming and outgoing record of the minister's office from October 3 to October 6, and a copy of the minutes of the meetings of the Personnel Affairs Committee, which reviewed these decisions before implementing them.
