KUWAIT CITY, Sep 29: A Nepali woman along with her boyfriend was detained for dumping their newborn in a garbage container. This incident was reported by a Filipino to the Ministry of Interior. As he was walking in the Farwaniya area, he saw a woman and a man moving in a very suspicious manner around a garbage container with a newborn trying to dump him into it. The location was sent to the MOI, to which MOI responded and arrived at the scene they found a baby inside a garbage container with a Nepali couple near it. MOI arrested both the accused and referred them to further investigation. During investigation it was found that they were both parents of the infant and due to an illegitimate relationship had given birth to an infant. Both accused are in police custody and legal measures are being taken against them.
