KUWAIT CITY, Oct 23: Mansour Al-Daihani, the Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, has issued a directive to educational region directors and relevant education sector officials to implement the criteria for filling educational supervisory positions, as outlined in Ministerial Resolution No. (2016/157). This decision emphasizes the importance of surveying the interests of individuals wishing to apply for these positions, aiming to optimize the organization of transfer and promotion processes and ensure the effective distribution of educational competencies. This approach is designed to meet the needs of schools and enhance work efficiency.

According to the decision, which Al-Seyassah has obtained, it is essential to consider specific conditions when nominating candidates for educational roles. These conditions include calculating years of experience up to October 1, 2024, and requiring candidates to have job stability in their current positions for three consecutive years, or at least one year in the case of prior transfers. Additionally, candidates must have achieved an “Excellent” rating for a minimum of two consecutive academic years. Abdulrahman Al Shamry, on October 22, 2024, must ensure that all necessary coordination procedures with the educational administration are completed.
