KUWAIT CITY, April 22: The Public Authority for Manpower has announced the launch of the newly developed "Easier Manpower Portal", designed to assist private sector employees by providing a unified and integrated Sahel App. This portal allows users to track submitted applications, access employment contracts, and file and monitor labor-related complaints.

In an official statement, the Authority outlined that the services offered through the portal allow private sector workers, after logging in and verifying their identity via the Kuwait My ID app to:

* Track submitted applications and view their outcomes, including acceptance, rejection, and reasons for rejection.

* Print copies of their employment contracts associated with approved work permit applications.

* Submit labor complaints regarding entitlements or job transfers, with the option to upload supporting documents.

* Access educational qualification recognition services.

* Submit requests to cancel work permits, either for leaving the country or transferring to another sector, if approved by Labor Relations.

* Print labor certificates.
