KUWAIT CITY, Oct 14: An Egyptian, who arrived in Kuwait recently, reportedly cut his wrists in an attempt to end his life inside his apartment in Fintas, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to security sources when Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior received a report on the incident police with personnel from the Emergency Medical Services rushed to the area, administered first aid to the man and rushed him to the Al-Adan hospital in critical condition and doctors saved his life.
Police found in his apartment a blood-stained knife with which he allegedly cut his wrists. He will be interrogated after he fully recovers as to why he wanted to end his life. In the mean time a case of attempted suicide has been filed against him.
