KUWAIT CITY, Nov 4: A Nigerian expatriate has accused his Kuwaiti employer of physically assaulting him inside company premises in the Farwaniya area, prompting a police complaint.
According to a security source, a Kuwaiti lawyer representing the Nigerian expatriate appeared at Farwaniya Police Station, which is temporarily operating from Rabia Police Station, and filed a report against the employer.
The complaint alleges that the Kuwaiti sponsor assaulted the expatriate while both were inside the company's premises in Farwaniya.
The incident was referred to the relevant authorities to complete the necessary legal procedures and investigate the circumstances surrounding the alleged assault.
