KUWAIT CITY, March 10: Informed sources within the municipality have confirmed that next Saturday will mark the end of the spring camps season. This comes after the request to extend the season until the end of Ramadan, submitted by the Spring Camps Committee to the Public Environment Authority, was not approved.
The sources further explained that the municipality will enforce penalties and sanctions as outlined in the spring camps regulations for those who fail to remove their tents from the designated areas. March 15 will be the final day for camping, after which the municipality’s bulldozers and machinery will be deployed to clear any remaining camps.
