No Pager Services in Kuwait, Mass Hacking of Smart Devices Ruled Out

KUWAIT CITY, Sep 17: Kuwait no longer has frequencies available for pagers, these frequencies were deactivated when the technology was discontinued nearly 20 years ago.

The sources dismissed concerns about hacking into smart devices, such as iPhones and Androids, as they are encrypted and specifically designed to resist security breaches, particularly large-scale hacking attempts.

They emphasized that these devices are safeguarded by advanced technology and receive regular security updates. Users can also automatically monitor their operating systems and applications to detect potential privacy risks and take necessary measures to enhance their protection.

Furthermore, they highlighted that the robust security features of modern smartphones ensure user data remains safe from widespread breaches, which are more likely to affect "non-smart" devices due to their components rather than their frequencies.
