‘No Visit Visa Entry To Kuwait’ except through approved airlines

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 13: Due to expatriates submitting incomplete papers, the Residence Affairs Department has released a brochure outlining necessary documents for family visit visa approvals. These include a signed request from the sponsor, contact information, travel ticket, valid passport copies, sponsor’s civil ID, address verification, and a sponsor’s workplace confirmation.
Additionally, authenticated certificates of kinship are required attested by the Kuwaiti embassies and foreign ministries. Despite rumors, visa issuance for all visit types continues and added, it is not true that the ministry will stop issuing visit visas within two months. Moreover, citing sources from the Directorate-General of Civil Aviation it has been reported that “No entry for family visit” passengers into the country except through Kuwait Airways or Jazeera Airways. Sources told Al-Seyassah that “the violating passengers will be returned to where they came from.”
