KUWAIT CITY, March 6: Approval of the online application for transfer to another sponsor through the ‘Asahel’ platform of the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) requires uploading the specialized scientific qualification approved for technical professions according to the professional names stated in the unified Gulf Professions Description Manual, reports Al-Anba daily quoting a reliable source.

The source revealed this is in addition to the salary pledge from the company where the worker will transfer, and a form signed by both the previous and current employers.

On the other hand, the source confirmed that the authority approved the proposal for company representatives (mandoub) to fill up a special form which will be submitted to the Ministry of Interior and the relevant government agencies, instead of the card issued to them previously.

The source stressed that the Labor Department will no longer renew any card for the job of ‘mandoub’.
