KUWAIT CITY, Nov 23: As part of ongoing efforts to enhance security and order in the country, the Ministry of Interior carried out a comprehensive security campaign in the Hawalli area, led by His Excellency the Acting Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah.

The campaign involved several field sectors, including the General Security Sector, the Traffic and Operations Sector, and the Private Security Sector, as well as a significant role played by the Women's Police, which helped enhance the campaign's effectiveness and achieve its security goals.

The campaign resulted in the following:

Issuance of 1,540 traffic violations.

Detention of 15 individuals violating residency and labor laws.

Arrest of 6 wanted individuals.

Arrest of 5 individuals for absconding.

Detention of 4 individuals without identification.

Seizure of substances suspected to be intoxicants from an individual.

Arrest of 2 individuals, one of whom was wanted for criminal enforcement and the other in an abnormal state.

Seizure of 11 vehicles and motorcycles that were wanted.

Impoundment of 7 vehicles and motorcycles for violations.

The Ministry of Interior emphasizes that these campaigns are part of a comprehensive strategy aimed at strengthening security and public order, with continued efforts to apprehend violators and wanted individuals to ensure a safe and stable environment across all regions of the country.
