PAAET launches new AI avatar technology

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 29: The Information Systems Center at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET) has launched a new artificial intelligence avatar technology, marking a significant advancement in enhancing user interaction with digital technologies. This innovative solution integrates modern design with advanced technology to deliver a unique interactive experience tailored to the needs of educational and administrative staff.

Eng. Masouma Bushehri, the Director of the Information Systems Center, emphasized that this new service builds upon the success and effectiveness of leveraging information technology in the Authority's educational and academic sectors.

These avatars are designed to communicate in a natural and flexible manner, facilitating user access to artificial intelligence services in various domains, including education, training, and technical support. With accurate input of information and academic concepts, the avatars can comprehend user inquiries and provide precise and prompt responses.

Boushehri expressed the Authority's management's enthusiasm, led by its Director General, for introducing the artificial intelligence avatar, which aims to transform user interaction with technology. The goal is to create a unique, user-friendly, and adaptable experience that enhances communication effectiveness and meets the diverse needs of all Authority members.

She further stated that the avatar technology will be accessible to users on multiple platforms, including smartphone applications and websites, ensuring easy and direct access to necessary information and support.

Boushehri encouraged all personnel in various government agencies, particularly those in the educational sector, to explore this new technology and welcomed feedback to help enhance its development for maximum benefit.
