KUWAIT CITY, Jan 26 : The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has announced the removal of residential addresses for 554 individuals from its records. This action was taken either with the approval of property owners or due to the demolition of buildings.
PACI urged affected individuals to visit the authority within 30 days to register their new addresses, providing the necessary supporting documents. Failure to comply within the stipulated period will result in penalties under Article 33 of Law No. 32 of 1982, which imposes a fine of up to 100 dinars, multiplied by the number of individuals involved.
The list of names published in the official gazette, "Kuwait Alyoum," includes one individual over 80 years old and several others in their 80s, while most are younger and middle-aged.
