KUWAIT CITY, Aug 10: The draft decree law No. 76/2024, which approves the final account of the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI), reveals that the total expenditures amounted to KD 40.515 million, and revenues KD 17.330 million, resulting in expenditures exceeding revenues by KD 23.185 million. The draft decree, which has been published in the official gazette “Kuwait Today”, stated that the increase in expenditures was covered by the budget of ministries and government departments.

On the other hand, the PACI announced via the official gazette that the residential addresses of 507 people were deleted based on owners’ declarations or due to the demolition of the buildings. It has called on those whose addresses have been deleted to visit PACI and register the new address after providing supporting documents within 30 days from the date of publication in the gazette. Otherwise, these individuals will be imposed a fine not less than KD 100, as stipulated in Article 33 of Law No. 32/1982, and the fine will be multiplied by the number of people.
