KUWAIT CITY, Jul 9: The Public Authority for Food and Nutrition (PAFN) has inaugurated an office in Ardiya to issue licenses for food trucks, as reported by Al-Rai daily. Located in the Ministry of Interior's vehicle technical check building, this new office aims to enhance efficiency and simplify transaction processes for citizens and residents.

Nawaf Al-Anzi, Director of Farwaniya Inspection Department in PAFN, stated that this initiative is part of PAFN's efforts to improve performance and streamline procedures. PAFN is also working with the Ministry of Interior to include water tanker and restaurant delivery vehicle owners as beneficiaries of this service.

The office is fully equipped to meet the needs of food truck owners seeking licenses. Additionally, Al-Anzi mentioned that PAFN has contacted the administration of Grand Avenues to open a new office there to assist commercial shop owners with their transactions.

Furthermore, Al-Anzi noted that there are currently five vacancies at PAFN for head of departments in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, Al-Rai, Khaitan, and Firdous, as well as the head of the samples department.
