KUWAIT CITY, Sept 16: Personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) have arrested the Pakistani teenager who had escaped from the house and had allegedly threatened to bomb Israel or blow herself up in that country, reports Anba daily. It was earlier reported the case was handed over to the State Security police given its seriousness particularly after the girl’s father told Khaitan police his daughter had sent him a message on WhatsApp that she plans to join the Taliban forces and threatened to blow herself up in Israel.
A source told the daily the girl was seized in Khaitan. She told police what her father mentioned was just what she called ‘talk’ and blamed her father for her escape saying she and her family were living in near-total and semi-permanent ‘house arrest’.
