KUWAIT CITY, Oct 22: The Public Authority of Manpower (PAM) has issued an important notice to employers of domestic workers on its 'X' platform, urging them to follow proper procedures when transferring workers to other employers. Employers are reminded that any transfer of a domestic worker during the warranty period, which is the first six months of employment, must be reported to the Domestic Workers Recruitment Organization Department.
Failure to notify the department of such a transfer may result in the cancellation of the worker's guarantee. The authority emphasizes the importance of adhering to these regulations to protect both the rights of employers and domestic workers.
