KUWAIT CITY, Sept 16: The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) is dedicated to applying the Gulf Cooperation Council's (GCC) unified guide for job descriptions and professional designation, based on the academic qualifications recognized in Kuwait.

According to the sources, the required educational documents for job title approvals comply with the GCC's unified guide, which has been in effect across all GCC countries following a decision made by the GCC several years ago. The guide was developed through extensive studies and discussions involving all relevant GCC bodies, including ministries, competent authorities, and professional organizations.

The sources also noted that the current cancellation of the cooperation agreement affects only the Engineers Association. Negotiations regarding agreements with other professional associations are ongoing, and no decisions have been made to cancel these agreements yet.
