KUWAIT CITY, Oct 30: The Kuwaiti Ministry of Communications has renewed its call for subscribers to settle their financial dues related to their annual telephone service subscriptions to avoid planned service disruptions beginning in early November.
In a press statement released today, the Ministry indicated that programmed disconnections will resume for phones whose owners have not settled their financial obligations for their annual subscriptions.
The Ministry added that it will send notifications to subscribers via the government application “Sahel,” urging them to expedite payment of their financial dues for the services provided by the Ministry.
It confirmed that this action precedes the automatic programmed disconnection that will take place in early November, noting that the planned disconnections will include all residential and commercial subscriptions whose owners have not paid the required financial dues to the Ministry.
The Ministry urged compliance with early payment of outstanding amounts to ensure service continuity and avoid being included in the programmed disconnection program, highlighting that payments can be made through its website or by visiting the local office and paying via the K-Net service. (KUNA)
