KUWAIT CITY, March 5: Air Freight Unit at Kuwait International Airport seized a statue believed to be a pharaonic monument from Egypt. Kuwait’s General Customs Administration has since referred the statue to the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters to identify the era in which the statue was made and also determine whether or not it is original.Director of Air Customs Waleed Al-Nasser stated the package was addressed to a citizen, and when he visited the air freight unit to claim it, they noticed it contained a strange object.
