Voters can enroll and vote at any time day or night using a smart phone or laptop with an internet connection and, if they encounter difficulties in online enrollment or voting, they can call or visit the embassy for assistance,” He explained that while the voting period will end on May 12, 2025; the enrollment period will end a few days earlier -- on May 7, 2025. “I call on registered Filipino overseas voters in Kuwait to avail of their right to vote and participate in this election; thereby, helping shape the future of our country and society.
