KUWAIT CITY, Aug 9: A security source reported that while patrolling the Amghara area at 6:00 p.m., two officers from a Jahra Traffic patrol observed an American sedan swerving. When they stopped the vehicle, they discovered that the 49-year-old driver was intoxicated and reeked of alcohol.
Under the charge of driving while intoxicated, a man was apprehended by a Sulaibiya traffic patrol for being drunk behind the wheel. Inside his vehicle, officers discovered a water bottle that had been emptied and contained an alcoholic beverage, believed to be imported.
