KUWAIT CITY, Oct 9: A member of Kuwait's ruling family, who had been evading a mandatory prison sentence for drug-related charges, has been arrested by the security forces. This operation is part of the Ministry of Interior’s ongoing efforts to apprehend individuals wanted by the justice system and enforce judicial rulings.
Security services successfully tracked the movements of the fugitive, determined his location, and arrested him. He has since been handed over to the relevant authorities for further legal action.
The Ministry of Interior reiterated its commitment to upholding the rule of law, applying it equally to all individuals, including members of the ruling family. The ministry emphasized that justice and equality will be maintained without exception, ensuring that the law is enforced impartially across the board.
