KUWAIT CITY, Oct 24: A man in an impaired state was apprehended by Al-Ardiya police and referred to the General Department for Drug Control after being found with illegal substances. According to a security source, officers patrolling the area grew suspicious of a driver and stopped him. Upon further investigation, they discovered the individual was not in a normal state. While retrieving his ID, the suspect inadvertently revealed narcotics. Officers found two hashish cigarettes and a bag containing a narcotic substance in his possession, which were confiscated along with the suspect for further investigation.
