KUWAIT CITY, Nov 20: Qadsia cruised to a straightforward 3-0 victory over Yarmouk in the second round of the Federation Volleyball Championship. The round also saw Burgan secure an identical 3-0 win against Al-Nasr.

Kuwait Club currently tops the standings with 6 points, edging out Qadsia on scoring points. Burgan also holds 6 points but is ranked third. Kazma follows with 3 points, trailed by Al-Arabi with 2 points and Al-Shabab with 1 point. Al-Sulaibikhat, Yarmouk, and Al-Nasr remain at the bottom without any points.

The tournament operates on a single-round league system, with the top four teams advancing to the semi-finals. The first-place team will face the fourth-place team, while the second will take on the third, with the winners moving on to the final.

Qadsia dominated throughout, comfortably winning all three sets with scores of 25-16, 25-13, and 25-20. Burgan similarly controlled its game against Al-Nasr, taking the sets 25-10, 25-22, and 25-14 to seal its victory.
