KUWAIT CITY, Mar 7: The Meteorology Department has forecasted that the current rainy conditions in Kuwait will continue due to the influence of a surface low-pressure system coupled with a deep atmospheric depression in the upper layers. This weather pattern is expected to sustain active southeasterly winds, with speeds potentially exceeding 60 kilometers per hour. Scattered rainfall, occasionally heavy and thundery, is anticipated in some areas.

Dharar Al-Ali, Director of the Meteorology Department, stated on Friday that the rain is likely to reduce horizontal visibility, with dense fog expected to form in certain regions. Additionally, sea waves are predicted to rise above 7 feet in most areas.

Al-Ali noted that the rainy conditions are expected to persist until noon on Saturday. A gradual improvement in weather is anticipated to begin in the afternoon, with cloud cover and rain chances diminishing over time. However, the possibility of fog formation will remain during nighttime hours. Residents are advised to exercise caution and stay updated on weather developments as the conditions evolve.
