KUWAIT CITY, Feb 4: Ali Makhseed clinched the title at the Red Bull Car Park Drift competition, hosted at Kuwait Motor Sports City last Friday, securing a spot to represent the nation in the forthcoming international finals set to take place in Oman this December.The competition showcased intense battles among a select group of skilled drifters, igniting the venue with engine roars, tire flames, and remarkable expertise that captivated the enthusiastic audience.

Marking its return after a three-year hiatus, the Red Bull Car Park Drift featured participants navigating through challenging obstacles and trials in two rounds that tested their complete repertoire of drifting skills and techniques.Drivers were assessed based on nine criteria, enabling them to accumulate points with a maximum potential score of 300. The evaluation encompassed their aptitude for maneuvering through a circuit with various stages, overcoming difficult obstacles while avoiding errors.

Following electrifying performances, Ali Makhseed emerged triumphant, amassing an impressive 285 points.Alongside the competition, spectators were treated to a stellar display by Lebanese car racing sensation Abdo Feghali and a performance by internationally acclaimed Red Bull athlete Brian Capper, renowned for his awe-inspiring motorcycle skills.

The Red Bull Car Park Drift Championship in Kuwait was organized in collaboration with Red Bull Mobile, Abdul Mohsen Abdulaziz Al Babtain Company (the exclusive agent for Nissan cars in Kuwait), Aqua Eva, Kuwait Motor Sports City, Dunlop Tires, and Al Babtain Auto.
