KUWAIT CITY, Jan 9: The Kuwait Bar Association (KBA) has revoked the registration of six lawyers following final rulings by the Court of Cassation convicting them in cases involving offenses against honor and integrity, reports Al-Seyassah daily. These convictions have resulted in the loss of eligibility for registration, as per the association’s conditions. In addition to this, the Bar Association has referred 12 other lawyers to disciplinary action for committing significant professional violations, emphasizing its commitment to upholding the legal profession’s ethical and professional standards. This move underscores the association’s dedication to maintaining accountability and integrity within the legal community.
