KUWAIT CITY, Sept 26: Officers at the Residency Affairs Department followed up the issue of an Arab national whose residence permit was cancelled without him staying outside Kuwait for six months, reports Al-Seyassah daily.Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Interior Ministry stated the Arab man left the country and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor ordered cancellation of his residence permit prior to the six months legal period after which an automatic cancellation is permitted.Investigation revealed that residence permit of the Arab man was cancelled by a lady employee of the Residency Affairs Department, and she admitted the act during questioning but insisted she was only carrying out the orders of Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.
