KUWAIT CITY, Nov 21, (Agencies): The Public Authority for Manpower has announced modifications to certain operational regulations aimed at supporting entrepreneurs registered under Chapter Five, specifically focusing on small and medium enterprises.

The revisions encompass an extension of the usage period for "cars" in the delivery of consumer orders, stretching it to 7 years from the previous 5 years. Additionally, the usage period for "motorcycles" has been extended to 4 years, up from the previous 3 years. Notably, the financial guarantee requirement of "500 dinars" for registering "motorcycles" has been eliminated.

Aligning with the terms and regulations set by the General Traffic Department, the initial workforce estimate for restaurant activities has been increased to 15 workers, up from the previous 10 workers. These adjustments aim to provide enhanced support and flexibility for entrepreneurs operating in the specified sectors.
