KUWAIT CITY, Oct 25, (Agencies): Fahad Al-Shuala, the Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Communications Affairs, revealed on Wednesday a strategic initiative to enhance the "Sahel" application. This initiative involves the launch of the "Sahel Lab," a dedicated testing platform designed to receive innovative ideas, valuable experiences, and constructive suggestions aimed at improving the quality of electronic services.
In his statement to KUNA, following a meeting of the Ministerial Coordination Committee overseeing the "Sahel" and "Sahel Business" applications, Minister Al-Shuala emphasized the critical importance of advancing plans to enhance the application. The primary objective is to meet the aspirations of users by providing a broader range of electronic services that meet the needs of both citizens and business owners. Furthermore, this initiative aims to foster greater collaboration among government agencies.
Minister Al-Shuala underscored the significance of digital applications, channels, and platforms as essential tools for advancing digital development within the modern state.
