KUWAIT CITY, Sep 10: The Ministry of Interior has introduced a new electronic service within the "Residence Services" section of the "Sahel" app, offering the "Issuance of Temporary Residence" service for Articles 20 and 22.
In an announcement on its "X" account, the ministry highlighted that this service allows sponsors to receive a notification, eliminating the need to visit the Residency Affairs Sector to obtain a physical stamping.
The Security Media Department emphasized that this initiative is part of the ongoing efforts by the General Department of Residency Affairs and the General Department of Information Systems to streamline and simplify procedures for both citizens and residents.
