Sahel App Services Temporarily Suspended
Unified government app 'Sahel'

KUWAIT CITY, Sep 20: Yousef Kazem, the spokesperson for the unified government application for electronic services (Sahel), announced that the app's services will be temporarily suspended starting at 12:15 AM on Friday for routine maintenance.

In a statement to KUNA, Kazem assured that the technical team is working diligently to restore the services as soon as possible, ensuring that citizens continue to benefit from the app’s features with the same efficiency and effectiveness.

He appreciated users' understanding and acceptance of the temporary suspension, which is necessary for periodic technical updates. These updates aim to enhance the application’s capabilities, providing smoother and more efficient service delivery in the future.

Since its launch three years ago, the Sahl application has processed over 60 million electronic transactions for over 2.3 million users. It currently offers around 400 electronic services through 37 government agencies.
