KUWAIT CITY, Feb 3: Saudi singer Rabeh Saqr has backed out from the plan to participate in the concert of Hala February celebrations next Thursday with the famous Kuwaiti singer Nabeel Shuail, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
On his Twitter account, he wrote, “I apologize to my fans and the officials of Hala February for backing out of this year’s celebrations due to some special circumstances but I promise to take part next year”.
