KUWAIT CITY, Oct 26: In a recent coordinated security operation, Kuwait's Ministry of Interior field teams, represented by the Private Security, Public Security, and Traffic and Operations sectors, conducted a comprehensive campaign in the Mangaf area. The operation led to the issuance of 2,559 traffic citations, the seizure of 11 judiciary-flagged vehicles, and the apprehension of various individuals. Among those detained were nine individuals with active warrants, eight found under the influence, seven violating residency and labor regulations, six operating illegal motorcycles, and four with outstanding arrest orders. Additionally, one person was arrested for possessing narcotics.

This high-profile campaign was overseen by key security figures, including Major General Abdullah Safah Al-Mulla, Assistant Undersecretary for Special Security Affairs; Major General Hamad Ahmed Al-Munifi, Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs; and Major General Jamal Al-Foudari, Director of the General Traffic Department.

The Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to ongoing security efforts, encouraging public cooperation and warning against sheltering or assisting lawbreakers, which could result in legal consequences. The Ministry also reminded citizens and residents to carry personal identification at all times to prevent unnecessary questioning.
