Security Operation on Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Bridge Results in Multiple Violations and Arrests

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 9: The Traffic and Operations Sector of the Ministry of Interior conducted a successful security and traffic campaign on Friday, November 8, 2024, targeting Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Bridge. The operation, which involved the General Traffic Department and the General Department of Rescue Police, led to the issuance of 605 traffic violations, the seizure of 23 violating vehicles and motorcycles, and the confiscation of 4 wanted vehicles.

In addition to these measures, authorities referred 5 individuals to the Juvenile Department and arrested one person who was wanted for legal issues. The operation is part of ongoing efforts by the Ministry of Interior to enforce the law and ensure public safety.

A spokesperson for the Ministry emphasized that these security and traffic campaigns are designed to maintain order, deter violations, and ensure strict compliance with laws. The Ministry has vowed to continue ramping up such operations across various regions to maintain security and uphold the highest levels of public safety.
