LOS ANGELES, Dec 12: Selena Gomez is officially engaged! The singer, actress, and founder of Rare Beauty is set to marry Benny Blanco, the man she referred to as the "love of my life" back in July. Gomez shared the joyful news on Instagram, posting a carousel that featured a close-up of her marquise diamond ring, a picnic with Taco Bell, and a sweet caption: “forever begins now..” Blanco lovingly commented, “hey wait… that’s my wife.” The couple started dating in June 2023 and publicly confirmed their relationship in December.

Since then, Gomez has been open about how incredibly happy Blanco makes her. For his birthday in March, she posted a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, writing: “Your emotional endurance, positive disposition, unbelievable talent (that blows me away), undeniable humor and loving, kind heart absolutely kill me. I love you @itsbennyblanco .”

Blanco, for his part, shared his own feelings during a May interview with Howard Stern, where he expressed that he could see himself marrying and starting a family with Gomez. When Stern asked if Blanco was planning to propose, he responded, “When I look at her, I do say, I’m always just like, ‘I don’t know a world where it could be better than this.’” However, when Stern pressed about whether he had a ring, Blanco admitted, “I don’t have anything.
