KUWAIT CITY, March 9: Chair of the Board of Directors of the Kuwaiti and Asian Water Sports Federations Sheikh Khaled Al-Badr Al-Sabah extended his warmest congratulations and blessings to the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

According to a press release, Sheikh Khaled conveyed these wishes on his behalf as well as on behalf of the Board of Directors and all members of the Water Sports Federation.

He affirmed that these blessed days strengthen the spirit of brotherhood, love, and communication among all.

Sheikh Khaled, who attended the receptions held by the embassies of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Kuwait, explained that the GCC countries always strive to maintain such cherished ancient traditions and visits during Ramadan. These customs reflect the values of tolerance, exchanging greetings, friendly conversations, and encouraging charity, all of which are deeply embedded in their nature.

The unity and solidarity among the people of the GCC countries have always been a defining characteristic that enabled all to work together to enhance integration in various fields.

He concluded by praying to God Almighty to bless the leaders and peoples of the GCC countries with security, safety, stability, and unity.
