Kuwait Automobile and Motorcycle Club delegation at the Drag Race Championship in Bahrain.

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 9: Sheikh Sabah Dawood Salman Al-Sabah, Director of the Kuwait Automobile and Motorcycle Club team, commended the club’s racers for securing top positions in the Bahrain Drag Race Championship.

The team manager highlighted the achievements in the fourth round of the championship, which took place from Wednesday to Friday. Abdulrahman Boualoua (4.5 Index category), Fahad Khaddada (7.5 Index category), and Fawaz Al-Awadhi (8.5 Index category) each secured second place in their respective categories, while Khaled Al-Abdullah claimed third place in the 10.0 Index category.

Sheikh Sabah praised the dedication and performance of the team at the championship, held at the Bahrain International Circuit, expressing hope that they will continue achieving success to elevate Kuwait’s name in international motorsports.

He also extended his gratitude to Bahrain for hosting the event and to the Bahrain International Circuit for its excellent organization, wishing the Kingdom continued progress and prosperity.

In the previous three rounds, the Kuwaiti team consistently achieved advanced positions in a highly competitive field of over 200 car and motorcycle racers.
