KUWAIT CITY, Nov 19: Sheikha Bibi Al-Salem Al-Sabah, a member of the Women's Sports Committee at the Kuwait Olympic Committee, commended the recent meeting of the National Committee for the Implementation of the Security Council Resolution. Titled "The Growing Role of Kuwaiti Women in Sports," the meeting was organized by the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Human Rights Affairs, Ambassador Sheikha Jawaher Ibrahim Al-Duaij. It took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters, bringing together prominent female sports leaders from various fields.

Sheikha Bibi highlighted that the meeting fostered extensive discussions about women’s sports in Kuwait. She stated, "The gathering was diverse and inclusive, involving administrative leaders, technical staff, players, coaches, and referees. Everyone spoke with full transparency about the current state of Kuwaiti women’s sports, the progress achieved over recent years, and the key challenges that may impede further development shortly." She expressed her hope for continued growth and advancement in women’s sports in Kuwait.
