KUWAIT CITY, Dec 21: The Public Fire Force announced on Friday that six firefighting teams successfully controlled a fire that broke out in a warehouse in the Al-Subiya area. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
In a statement issued by the Public Relations and Media Department, the force revealed that it had received a report about a fire in a building materials warehouse. The facility contained paints, wood, and a blacksmith workshop. Firefighters promptly responded to the report, managed to combat the blaze, and brought it under control.
The firefighting operation was supervised by the Chief of the Public Fire Force, Major General Talal Al-Roumi, and led on the ground by the Deputy Chief for the Firefighting Sector, Brigadier General Ahmad Hamoud.
