KUWAIT CITY, June 11: Six Nepalese expatriates were arrested in Saad Al-Abdullah area for manufacturing liquor inside an apartment. According to security sources, when Jahra Security Director Major General Ali Madhi received information about some expatriates involved in manufacturing liquor, a task force was formed to verify the information and take necessary legal actions before raiding the location.Securitymen confiscated 250 barrels and 980 bottles of locally manufactured liquor as well as 180 cartons of bottles filled with liquor and three copper barrels used for distillation. They arrested six Nepalese expatriates who were present in the apartment. During interrogations, they confessed to manufacturing and selling liquor in the apartment.
